Kraken. Gaurds You and Sea Spirits in Keep

Massive sea monsters that reside in the spiritual water, they are not social creatures but can be protective and caring though will not show this through strong affection. It is more like a soft energy that let's you know. They can change their size but their true form is colossal. Once they know who their human is they will constantly look about for threats and make sure you are not in harms way. They can crush enemies and use water magic to ward off those who are negative. Some Kraken do not get along with merfolk or oceanic entities but the ones that I offer do since this is a important quality to look for in the first place. If you do have water inclined spirits in your family specify and I can find one that will get along best and protect those specific races. Understand that like any being you will need abilities to sense them. Their art alignment can be grey to dark arts. Female krakens might take their young at some point with them to this world, for some of you this might be a good thing but if it makes you uncomfortable I suggest making that a house rule.
